How To Purchase/Common Questions/Product Questions/Warranty
Cooking Performance Group products can be purchased through WebstaurantStore and The Restaurant Store. As an online retailer, WebstaurantStore can assist with purchases to customers across the United States.
We do not sell direct to customers, so please visit one of our distribution partners to place an order.
Due to an exclusive partnership with WebstaurantStore and The Restaurant Store, CPG is not setting up new distribution accounts. Our online distribution partner WebstaurantStore can assist resellers in fulfilling an order for customers.
Common replacement parts can be located by clicking the "View Parts" Button on our Homepage or by visiting the page of your model on our site. You may also reference your manual for part numbers. Please visit a distributor, such as WebstaurantStore, to order any needed parts.
Cooking Performance Group products can be purchased through WebstaurantStore and The Restaurant Store. These retailers will be able to provide you with product pricing.
We do not have a customer service phone line, but you can reach out to us through the contact us form with any questions you may have.
All CPG products are designed for food service operations only. Installation within a residence will void the warranty immediately. For other warranty related questions, please see the "Warranty" section below.
Cooking Performance Group equipment installed in/on a food truck or a mobile operation will be limited to a 30 day warranty from the original delivery date.
We are unable to supply CAD or Revit files for design. Please reference the item’s spec sheet for more information, or submit an inquiry through the contact us form for more specific questions.
We are unable to accommodate custom fabrication requests. All customization would need to be performed in the field by a local fabricator and would void the warranty on the unit.
All Cooking Performance Group equipment should be installed in a commercial kitchen under the proper ventilation hood and within reach of the applicable power sources necessary for operation. Please reference the manual for your model located on each product page for model specific instructions.

Some CPG lines are sold specific to fuel type and are not advertised as field convertible. However conversion kits are available for select items. Check the product page on this website for your specific model, if a conversion kit is available it will be provided there. Please note that all gas conversions must be performed by an authorized service technician.
CPG electric convection ovens are configured from the factory for a specific voltage and phase. For safety and performance reasons it is not advised to attempt a field conversion. It is your responsibility to verify the unit is compatible with your utilities prior to purchasing. Please discuss with your installer if you have any specific questions.
Please consult each individual unit's warranty sheet for specifics in regard to its warranty coverage.
Cooking Performance Group offers a 1 year warranty on most of our products when used within the parameters listed in the unit's manual. We are happy to check the warranty status for you on our products if necessary. The original order number with the company where the unit was purchased will serve as your proof of purchase and is necessary to confirm warranty coverage. All warranties run from the date of delivery at your location.
You can contact our service team at [email protected] and provide your unit's model number and the invoice number it was purchased under. We can then verify warranty coverage and set up a service call for you or troubleshoot the problems you are experiencing.
For all products with a 1-year parts and labor warranty, customers must contact Ready Kitchen Warranty to make a claim. Locate the model number and serial number on the back or side of the unit. You will also need the original order number to make a claim. Next, scan the QR code on your unit’s Ready Kitchen Warranty Sticker or visit www.readykitchenwarranty.com and fill out the claim form. You can also email the model number, serial number, order number, and brief description of the issue to [email protected]. For phone support you may call 717-381-4844. Please see the warranty document for coverage duration, limitations, and further details. Failure to contact Ready Kitchen Warranty before servicing a unit under warranty may void the balance of the warranty. CPG and Ready Kitchen Warranty will not reimburse for service obtained outside of warranty.
We are always seeking talented technicians to assist our customers with warranty repairs. To be added to our list of authorized technicians please submit a copy of your W-9 form and proof of insurance to [email protected]. All customers should reach out to our warranty team directly to submit a warranty claim, so please be advised that we cannot guarantee compensation if a customer reaches out to a technician directly rather than following this process.
